Kidney Bean Salad


Ingredients


1 1/2 cups boiled rajma (kidney beans)

1/2 cup deseeded tomato cubes

1/2 cup thinly sliced onions

1/4 cup chopped spring onion greens

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing

3 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp finely chopped garlic

1 tbsp lemon juice salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method


Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well. Serve immediately
